We do not issue refunds for services once the order is confirmed and the payment is processed. Please be sure to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Cases where you are not eligible for refund:

  1. Your Hospital is blacklisted from any Insurance Company and you didn’t inform this earlier.
  2. You are unable to provide statutory documents asked by the MantraCare Team.
  3. Your hospital fails at verification done by Insurance/ TPA side

Exceptions:

While we adhere to a strict no refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please be advised that refunds are not processed before a period of six months, as this timeframe aligns with the tentative duration of our work. We may consider 50% refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such cases may include:

Service Not Provided: If the service you ordered was not provided as described.
