Fellows will work alongside experienced eye care professionals, engaging in comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, prescription of corrective lenses, and direct patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations focused on identifying and diagnosing ocular pathologies.
• Utilize an integrated, evidence-based approach for the assessment and management of various eye conditions.
• Exhibit proficiency in the use of current diagnostic tools and technologies commonly employed in ophthalmic practice.
• Display comprehensive knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices within their chosen area of specialization.

Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (B.Optom)
• Open to fresh graduates as well as those with 1–2 years of clinical experience

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Understanding of common ocular conditions and glass prescription guidelines
• Foundational knowledge in low vision care and binocular vision assessment
• Familiarity with diagnostic procedures and basics of contact lens fitting and care
