Job Summary:

Eye Mantra is hiring a full-time Oculoplasty Specialist to deliver specialized care in eyelid, lacrimal system, and orbital surgeries. This role is exclusively focused on oculoplasty procedures. The ideal applicant should be proficient in both functional and cosmetic oculoplastic treatments, aiming to achieve optimal results for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage conditions related to eyelid malpositions, lacrimal system issues, and orbital disorders.
• Perform oculoplastic procedures such as ptosis correction, eyelid reconstruction, and orbital surgeries.
• Address both cosmetic and functional aspects to enhance patients’ overall well-being.
• Provide thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery.
• Keep current with evolving oculoplasty techniques and integrate them into practice.
• Work in coordination with fellow ophthalmologists and healthcare providers for holistic patient care.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: MBBS and MS in Ophthalmology, complemented by a fellowship in Oculoplasty.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in oculoplastic practice.
• Proficient in performing both functional and aesthetic oculoplastic surgeries.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-centric approach to care and satisfaction.
