Job Summary:

Eye Mantra is looking for a full-time Retina Specialist to join our world-class team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, managing, and treating complex retinal conditions, with a focus on delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position is dedicated entirely to Retina treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage retinal conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, and more.
• Perform advanced retinal surgeries, including vitrectomy, retinal laser procedures, and intravitreal injections.
• Conduct detailed eye examinations, interpret diagnostic imaging, and manage patient records.
• Provide post-operative care, ensuring patients recover well after retinal surgeries.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in retinal care and incorporate them into patient treatments.
• Collaborate with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Education: MBBS, MS (Ophthalmology), and a fellowship in Retina.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retina specialization.
• Expertise in performing retinal surgeries and using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients.
