Sales | Executive – Patient Care Specialist
Job Summary:
Eye Mantra in Delhi is seeking a motivated and energetic Executive – Patient Care Specialist with a sales-oriented mindset. In this dual-role position, you will support patients throughout their eye care experience by addressing their questions, sharing detailed information about available treatments and services, and actively promoting and selling our offerings. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a genuine interest in patient well-being, and a successful background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Communication:
- Deliver outstanding care and support to patients throughout their visit to the clinic.
- Respond to patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and services offered at Eye Mantra.
- Provide education on eye care services, available treatment options, and post-treatment instructions.
- Support patients with scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and sending reminders to ensure a smooth experience.
- Create a welcoming and supportive clinic environment, addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales and Service Promotion:
- Proactively promote and sell eye care services, including consultations, surgeries, and corrective lens products such as glasses and contact lenses.
- Identify patient needs and recommend suitable products and services, including vision tests and specialized treatments.
- Meet monthly sales goals through a consultative sales approach that focuses on patient needs and satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to patients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients by delivering personalized care and attention.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions, service requests, and sales in the system.
Coordination with Medical Staff:
- Collaborate with doctors, optometrists, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all documentation and patient records.
- Effectively communicate patient concerns and feedback to the appropriate medical staff for resolution.
Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Update and maintain patient records with accuracy, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
- Compile and track sales reports, measuring progress against established targets and performance indicators.
- Monitor inventory levels for patient care products and assist in product display and promotion within the clinic.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, ideally in Healthcare, Sales, or Business Administration.
- Additional certifications or training in sales, customer care, or healthcare are advantageous.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or patient care role, ideally in healthcare, hospitals, or optical clinics.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets or experience in a customer-facing sales position.
- Experience in addressing patient inquiries, providing relevant information, and converting leads into sales.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients.
- Customer-centric, with the ability to handle concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and general computer applications.
Benefits:

- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Hindi or English, is a plus.
