Team Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise, inspire, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
  • Organize regular team meetings, deliver coaching sessions, and provide ongoing training to keep the team engaged and equipped for success.
  • Evaluate both individual and team performance, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

  • Design and execute effective sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding market presence.
  • Establish clear sales objectives and formulate action plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators and sales data to identify improvement areas and support sustained growth.
  • Ensure the sales team actively promotes Eye Mantra’s full range of services—including consultations, surgeries, and vision correction products—to fulfill customer needs and sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure patients are well-informed about available treatments and services, offering tailored recommendations to support sales efforts.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate and share detailed sales reports with management, highlighting goal progress, performance insights, and market developments.
  • Assess competitive strategies and market changes to stay competitive and fine-tune sales plans as needed.
  • Apply insights from sales data to implement strategies that enhance team effectiveness.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and patient care teams to deliver a smooth customer experience and ensure sales efforts align with overall objectives.
  • Work with other departments to resolve operational or service-related issues that may impact sales.
  • Engage with the customer care team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient concerns.

Recruitment & Training:

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and integration of new sales team members.
  • Deliver ongoing training focused on product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and company guidelines.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in sales management would be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a sales or team leadership position, ideally within the healthcare, medical services, or similar sectors.
  • Track record of successfully leading sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team members toward improved performance and goal attainment.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities with a focus on team motivation and performance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, patients, and external stakeholders.

  • Comprehensive understanding of eye care treatments and products, including their benefits and usage.
