Job Summary:

Eye Mantra is looking for a full-time Squint (Strabismus) Specialist to become a part of our skilled team. This position focuses entirely on the diagnosis, management, and surgical correction of squint (strabismus) conditions. The preferred candidate should be committed to restoring proper eye alignment and enhancing patients’ overall visual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat squint (strabismus) conditions in both children and adults.
• Perform corrective surgical procedures and other therapeutic interventions, addressing both functional and cosmetic concerns.
• Carry out detailed assessments, including visual acuity tests and analysis of eye movement.
• Coordinate with ophthalmic and pediatric specialists to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary care.
• Offer pre-surgical guidance and manage post-operative recovery to achieve optimal results.
• Remain up to date with the latest advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of strabismus.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: MBBS, MS in Ophthalmology, along with specialized training or a fellowship in Squint (Strabismus).
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in diagnosing and managing squint disorders.
• Skilled in performing squint correction surgeries with precision.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on patient support and educating families.
