Ophtalmologist / Eye Doctor

Job Summary:

Eye Mantra is looking to onboard a full-time Ophthalmologist to be part of our expert eye care team. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various eye conditions, performing advanced eye surgeries, and maintaining a strong commitment to delivering top-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out thorough eye examinations to detect and manage vision-related disorders.
• Perform surgical procedures including cataract, refractive, glaucoma, and other ophthalmic surgeries as needed.
• Diagnose and treat a range of eye conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and corneal disorders.
• Recommend and prescribe corrective lenses and oversee non-surgical treatment plans.
• Deliver pre- and post-operative care to support patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in ophthalmic technology and treatment methods.
• Work in partnership with optometrists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive eye care.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on clinical and surgical experience in ophthalmology.
• Skilled in performing a range of ophthalmic procedures, including Phacoemulsification for cataracts, LASIK, and glaucoma treatment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosis, surgical intervention, and patient care management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
